Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Abany County) to review a determination of respondent Commissioner of Cor*1300rections and Community Supervision which found petitioner guilty of violating certain prison disciplinary rules.
Petitioner ignored a correction officer’s directive to come to him and entered the cell of another inmate where he proceeded to engage in a fist fight.
