C. B. Tisdel, T. T. Wilson and Eugene R. Gooden, plaintiffs in error, will hereinafter be referred to as defendants ; the Central Savings Bank and Trust Company, a. banking corporation, doing business at Denver, Colorado, as plaintiff, and the Northern Bank and Trust Company, a banking corporation, doing business at Greeley, Colorado, as the trust company. Plaintiff recovered judgment in the sum of $48,889.92 and costs against defendants and others upon their promissory note.
