OPINION AND ORDER

THRASH, District Judge.

This is a breach of contract action. It is before the Court on the Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. 57]. For the reasons set forth below, the Defendants’ Motion is GRANTED.

I. BACKGROUND

Plaintiff Worker’s Compensation Legal Clinic of Louisiana, Inc. is a Louisiana for-profit corporation that provides legal services to injured workers.
