— In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Burke, J.), entered February 5, 1990, which, upon granting *673the defendants’ motion for judgment as a matter of law, made at the close of the evidence, at a jury trial, is in favor of the defendants and against them dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the order and judgment is reversed, the complaint is reinstated, and a new trial is granted, with costs to abide the event.
