This suit comes before us on an appeal from a judgment sustaining an exception of no cause of action. It appears from the allegations of the petition that on August 27, 1920, plaintiff shipped by the steamship General Currie 500 barrels of potatoes and 1,000 crates of onions from New Orleans to Santiago de Cuba, consigned to its own order, notify Juan & McCormack.
