T1 In these original proceedings pursuant to section 1-40-107(2), C.R.S. (2015), Petitioner Donna R. Johnson challenges the actions of the Title Board in setting titles and ballot title and submission clauses (collective-'1y "titles") for proposed Initiatives "2015-2016 #132 'Colorado Redistricting Commission'" (Initiative #132") and "2015-2016 #183 'Colorado Legislative Redistricting Commission'" ("Initiative #188").1 We conclude that both of the proposed Initiatives encompass multiple subjects in 'violation of article V, section 1(5.5) of the Colorado Constitution and section' 1-40-106.5,…
