On October 18, 2013, the Court held a trial in the above-captioned adversary proceeding between plaintiff John T. Lee [Lee], chapter 7 panel trustee in the underlying bankruptcy case, and defendants Ocwen Loan, LLC and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company [collectively, Ocwen]. At the conclusion, the Court took the matter under advisement and, at the request of the parties, allowed the parties until November 15 to file post-trial briefs.
