The plaintiffs, Steven Webster and Dutton & Garfield, Inc., appeal the decision of the Trial Court (Fitzgerald, J.) granting summary judgment to the defendant, Acadia Insurance Company, in the plaintiffs’ breach of contract action. We reverse and remand.

The following facts were found by the trial court or are not in dispute. In 1991, the Winnisquam Regional School District (WRSD) hired the plaintiffs to perform work on the roof of its middle school.
