Richard Roe ("Plaintiff") has sued The Hotchkiss School ("Defendant" or "Hotchkiss")
*167for negligence, recklessness, negligent infliction of emotional distress, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and breach of fiduciary duty related to sexual abuse by a Hotchkiss teacher. Complaint, ECF No. 1 ("Compl.").
