This is a writ of error and supersedeas to a judgment of the court of the corporation of the city of Norfolk, rendered on the 28th day of May 1872 in an action of trespass on the case, wherein Charles Ormsby, an infant, suing by James Ormsby, his next friend, was plaintiff, and the Norfolk and Petersburg railroad company were defendants.
