TRACY CHRISTOPHER, Justice.
In this breach-of-contract case, we construe an attorney’s contingency-fee agree ment with his corporate clients. The attorney sued his clients, alleging that they failed to pay him a percentage of their assets. The trial court granted traditional summary judgment in favor of the attorney and awarded him nearly $13.5 million plus interest and costs. Under the unambiguous terms of the contract, however, the parties agreed to pay the attorney only a percentage of the amount awarded and recovered in the lawsuit in which he represented them.
