This cause is before us on writ of error to review the action of the circuit court of Leon county in overruling and denying the motion of the respondents, plaintiffs in error here, to quash the alternative writ of mandamus issued in said cause and also the order and judgment of said court in granting the peremptory writ of mandamus prayer for in the petition of H. E. Moore, commanding the Board of County Commissioners of Leon county and the persons composing said board to cause to be printed the name of said H. E.
