This is an application to probate a will as the last will and testament of Wm. Kuhlmann, deceased. Appellant alleged in her application:
“That William Kuhlmann departed this life on the 18th day of December, A. D. 1918, leaving real and personal- property of the estimated value of $30,000. That said William Kuhlmann, deceased, resided at the time of his death in Kendall county, state of Texas. That on the 17th day of December, A.
