MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This cause comes before the Court on Debtors’ Objection to Certain Claims of the Internal Revenue Service (hereafter “IRS”)- A Hearing was held on the matter and Counsel agreed to submit written arguments. The Debtors filed a Brief in Support, and the IRS filed both a Brief in Support and a Reply Brief. The Court has considered the arguments of counsel, supporting documentation, applicable case law, as well as the entire record in this case.
