ORDER ON DEBTORS’ MOTION TO ENFORCE DISCHARGE

J. VINCENT AUG, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter is before the Court on the Debtors’ Motion to Enforce Discharge against the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). (Doc. 42). The IRS has filed a response to the motion. (Doc. 43). The Court held a hearing on November 29, 1995, at which the parties were granted additional time to file supplemental memoranda. (Mem. of Debtors, doc. 47; Mem. of IRS, doc. 48).
