Appellant Bioscience West, Inc., (“Bios-cience”) appeals a final order granting summary, judgment to Appellee Gulf-stream Property and Casualty Insurance Company (“Gulfstream”). The .circuit court held that Gulfstream’s insured, Elaine Gattus, was precluded from assigning the benefit? .of her homeowner’s insurance to Bioscience, an emergency water mitigation company, without first receiving Gulfstream’s consent.
