Plaintiff is an individual who suffered on-the-job injuries. He sued two companies that he alleged were his employers: CalPortland Company and Glacier Northwest, Inc. He also sued two individuals (Fields and Baughman) who allegedly worked for CalPortland and Glacier and whom plaintiff alleges were responsible for his injuries.
