Ronald Eckelbarger had been dating Rebecca Markley more than two years when Markley tested positive for methamphetamine, in violation of her probation. In order to avoid incarceration, Markley became a police informant. In that capacity, Markley provided Eckelbarger pseu-doephedrine pills on both June 6 and June 13, 2014, and received methamphetamine in return several hours later. On June 14, 2014, officers executed a search warrant at Eckelbarger’s home and recovered precursors for the manufacture of methamphetamine as well as evidence of previous manufacturing activity.
