This appeal, alleging improper jury-instructions, arises out of an industrial accident which occurred on April 17, 1964. Plaintiff was severely burned when an electrical switch he was operating exploded at the Centrifugal Fusing Company in Lansing, Michigan, where he was employed as a plant electrician. The plant building and some of the electrical equipment was owned by the defendant and had been leased to Campbell, Wyant and Cannon Foundry Company by a lease agreement dated October 10, 1936.
