LETTER OPINION AND ORDER
POLITAN, District Judge.
This Matter comes before the Court on the motion of Defendant Samira Said to vacate a default judgment and dismiss the Complaint. Plaintiff Ishak Shenouda has filed a motion to dismiss the Defendant’s motion to vacate the judgment. The Court heard oral argument on September 28, 2001. For the reasons explained herein, the motion of Defendant Samira Said to vacate the default judgment and dismiss the Complaint is GRANTED.
