[¶ 1] Lisa Comeau and other Kittery residents, who reside in the neighborhood of the planned project, appeal from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (York County, Brennan, J.) affirming a decision of the Town of Kittery Planning Board approving the Town of Kittery’s plan to construct a recreation center.
