The above-styled case arises from Roger D. Yearwood’s (“Plaintiff’) Complaint asserting that he wrongfully was denied benefits under. the Traumatic Servicemembers’ Group . Life Insurance (“TSGLI”) program. Before the court are Cross Motions for Summary Judgment filed by the United States of America (“Defendant”) and the plaintiff. (Docs. 6, 10).
