¶ 1 Jerard Hampton appeals a judgment, entered upon his no-contest pleas, convicting him of delivering one gram or less of cocaine; possession with the intent to deliver ten to fifty grams of heroin; and possession of a firearm as a felon. Hampton also appeals the order denying his postconviction motions for plea withdrawal or, alternatively, "reconsideration of the sentence." Hampton argues that the State's failure to disclose "exculpatory evidence" warrants plea withdrawal.
