SHRUM, Chief Judge.

This is an appeal by plaintiff American Economy Insurance Company (Economy) from a declaratory judgment. The disposi-tive issue is whether Economy had standing to bring the suit. We answer, “No.”

Another question is whether the trial court abused its discretion in making an award of attorney fees to some of the defendants-respondents. Again, we answer, “No.” We affirm.
