Opinion Per Curiam.

This is an original proceeding in this court by writ of mandamus against tbe defendant, as judge of tbe Circuit Court of Multnomah County, to require bim *238to enter decree in that court in accordance with the mandate of this court in the case of Owen v. Jones, issued the 20th day of November, 1913. The controversy arose under the following condition of the last-named case: It was brought here on appeal by the defendants, and the decree of the Circuit Court was affirmed.
