KILEY, Circuit Judge.
Attorney Frank W. Oliver appeals from a district court order adjudging him guilty of two specifications of summary contempt, entered at the conclusion of a criminal trial. 2 We reverse the judgment.
Oliver represented four of fifteen defendants charged with mutilating draft records. All defendants admitted the charge. Oliver’s four defendants, however, sought to present a theory of defense based on insanity.
