¶1 Dale Lang appeals an order dividing the assets of Lang Property Management, Inc. (LPM), a property management and real estate investment company that he co-owned with respondent Linda Hougan. Lang argues that the trial court erred in concluding that Hougan did not breach her fiduciary duty when she solicited LPM’s clients to switch their accounts to her new business.
