—In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, inter alia, to review Local Law 2000, No. 4 of the Village of Pelham Manor, the appeal, by permission, is from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (West, J.), entered October 3, 2001, which annulled the Local Law and remitted the matter to the Board of Trustees of the Village of Pelham Manor “for a complete and proper SEQRA review.”
Ordered and Adjudged that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, the petition is denied, and the proceeding is dismissed.
