Weber v. State

¶1 Leslee Weber appeals the First Judicial District Court’s March 3, 2014 order granting summary judgment to the State of Montana. The State cross-appeals the District Court’s August 14,2013 order denying summary judgment to the State. Because we resolve the case on the State’s cross-appeal, we do not reach the issues Weber raises on appeal. The question presented in the cross-appeal is whether, in its 2013 order, the District Court erred in rejecting the State’s request for immunity under § 41-3-203(1), MCA.
