Appellant Glenn Coleman appeals his conviction and 99-year sentence for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. In four issues, Coleman argues that: (1) the State violated the Michael Morton Act, his due process rights, and his rights under Brady v. Maryland , 373 U.S. 83, 87, 83 S.
