HAWLEY, District Judge.

The plaintiff in error was indicted, tried, and convicted of the crime of forgery, and sentenced to be imprisoned in the United States penitentiary at McNeill’s Island, in the state of Washington, for the period of three years. He seeks to have the proceedings in said case reviewed, and to have the judgment rendered therein reversed, for alleged errors occurring therein.
