I. INTRODUCTION

This bankruptcy matter is before the Court on Defendants’ Steven Annas, Peter DeAngelo and Douglas Carreri (“Appellants”) appeal from the Bankruptcy Court’s order granting Trustee’s motion for summary judgment and denying Debt- or’s and Appellants’ motions for summary judgment.
