On August 4, 1936, Edward N. Wright, as trustee of the bankrupt estate of Edgar D. Risser, filed in the circuit court of Kankakee county his verified third amended complaint against the said Edgar D. Risser, his wife Blanche 0. Risser, his daughters Mariam E. Risser and Isabel Risser Gathany and William V. Gathany, the husband of Isabel Risser Gathany. This amended complaint also named Warren R.
