Presently before the Court are four motions for summary judgment and/or partial summary judgment including, Defendant W.J. “Andy” Andrews’ motion for partial summary judgment, Plaintiffs’ motion for partial summary judgment, third party Defendant Alan Nunnelee’s motion for summary judgment, and Defendant Managed Healthcare’s motion for summary judgment.
