The appellee Monte Bowron sued appellant, the Snyder Ice, Light & Power Company, in the district court of Scurry county for damages which it is alleged he sustained while in the employment •of the appellee Scurry County Telephone Company, as lineman, and while in the discharge of his duties as lineman in repairing one of the telephone company’s wires at the southeast corner of the public square, in the town of Snyder, known as the Ficas corner.
