STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Lance and Karen Eckman appeal the trial court’s entry of summary judgment in favor of Richard C. Green d/b/a Green Concrete.

We reverse.

ISSUE

Whether the trial court erred in granting Green’s motion for summary judgment.
