Vernet P. Boone brought this action, alleging that her employer, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and individual supervisors employed by NASA violated the antidiscrimi-nation and anti-retaliation provisions of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by reassigning her to a different position within NASA.
