SANBORN, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from a decree adjudging the appellant, Henry F. Brammer, to be guilty of an infringement of the first claim of letters patent No. 535,465., for improvements in the means for operating washing machines, issued to tire appellee, John Schroedor, on March 12, 1895, upon an application filed by him on October 28, 1S94. The machine by which the alleged infringement was effected ivas constructed in accordance with the description contained in letters patent No. 600,044, issued to Henry F. Brammer on June 21, 1S9S.
