Tbe appellant, and one of tbe defendants below, Mary A. Redmon, and another defendant below, _C._F. Redmon, are husband and wife, who, at the beginning of the transactions here involved were living in a residence owned by the wife and situated in Paris, Ky. The .wife also owned a farm in Bourbon -county which the .husband chiefly supervised and operated with some aid -and assistance of his wife and their three sons, the oldest of whom was about 19 years of age-and,the youngest .about 15.
