An exception was taken to the refusal of the municipal court to sustain a motion to quash the indictment, in this case, on the ground, that it sets forth no sufficient charge of any criminal offence. The substantial objections, which were intended to be raised by this exception, come more properly before us upon the motion in arrest of judgment, which was filed in this court at the hearing, and will therefore be considered under that branch of the case.
