The State appeals from that portion of a judgment releasing a 1959 MG Sport Coupé to the legal owner, Citizens National Bank, respondent herein; the interest of the registered owner was forfeited to the state under section 11610, Health and Safety Code. The vehicle was seized on June 3, 1959, for a narcotics violation of the registered owner.
