This case involves a construction of the legal papers constituting the Refunding Plan of 1933-4 affecting mortgages guaranteed by the Maryland Casualty Company. It arises from an interpleader suit in equity in which the Reconstruction Finance Corporation has paid into court the sum of $16,808.76 which is claimed by the Maryland Casualty Company and the Continental Debenture Corporation respectively.
