Action for damages for personal injury arising out of automobile collision which occurred in Kansas. The trial court sustained defendant’s motion to dismiss on the grounds that the action was barred by the Kansas two-year statute of limitations, made applicable by the Missouri borrowing statute, § 516.190, RSMo 1969, Y.A.M.S.
