Plaintiff Dickinson Norman Adionser (“plaintiff”) brings this pro se action against the Department of Justice (“DOJ” or “defendant”), Executive Office for United States Attorneys (“EOUSA”), Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), Federal Bureau of Prisons (“BOP”), and Drug Enforcement Administration (“DEA”) for failure to disclose information pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”) and the Privacy Act. 1 plaintiff seeks material to challenge collaterally convictions that resulted in his imprisonment.
