MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

In this civil action, plaintiff seeks to compel the Executive Office for United States Attorneys (“EOUSA”) to disclose “all non-exempt records” responsive to his request brought under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552. See Compl. [Dkt. # 1]; Am. Compl. [Dkt. # 27].
