BLACKBIRD, Justice.

Freída Chafin, hereinafter called claimant, commenced this proceeding to recover under the Death Benefit Provisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Act, Tit. 85 O.S.1951 § 1 et seq. The claimant was awarded compensation for an accidental injury to her husband resulting in death. The award of the State Industrial Commission in substance is as follows:
