OPINION

DEL PESCO, Judge.

On May 8, 1991, plaintiff Christopher Figgs was injured when he fell from the second floor of a building owned by MBNA Corporation. The building (“the construction site” or “the site”) from which plaintiff fell was under construction at the time of his accident. The general contractor for the construction site was defendant Bellevue Holding Company (“Bellevue”). Bellevue employed several subcontractors on the site as well.
