HATFIELD, District Judge.
The plaintiffs, former police officers employed by the City of Chinook, Montana, bring the present action to recover monetary compensation for the named defendants’ alleged violations of the plaintiffs’ federal constitutional rights, as well as the defendants’ violation of the Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), Pub.L. 91-452, Title IX, 84 Stat. 941, as amended, 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961 et seq.
