OPINION

GRIESA, District Judge.

This is an action, involving mainly antitrust charges, brought by a company called National Auto Brokers Corp. (“Nabcor”) against General Motors, Ford, Chrysler and American Motors and other defendants.

As will be described in more detail shortly, Nabcor claims to have organized a system of franchised brokers, who, for modest fees, act as agents for retail auto buyers, and arrange for purchases of automobiles from automobile dealers at substantially less than regular retail prices.
