Defendant, Municipal Court Judge Audrey P. Blackburn, J.M.C., (“Judge Blackburn”), moves for the entry of summary judgment against plaintiff, Robert David Figueroa, (“Mr.Figueroa”), on the grounds of absolute judicial immunity. The parties have consented to the jurisdiction of a United States Magistrate Judge, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c), and Fed.R.Civ.P. 73, solely for the adjudication of the instant motion.
